1- Steam does not get over 221 I tested the temperature because I could easily put my hand in front of it. It average 160, for a few seconds I could get it in the 180s. I bought this specifically because it said it went over 221. 2- this lasts about 2 minutes tops. 3- you have to wait for it to completely cool before you can put in more water... this took over 30 minutes. The funny thing is that the directions stay to keep it plugged in for long projects... keep it plugged in but you cant fill it up?? How does that may sense. 4- lid takes a lot of effort to open 5- All in all a very bad product, I dont know what its good for, waste of my money, I wont buy again or recommend!

This product was a lifesaver! I bought a second hand baby stroller. It had caked on food in the nooks and crannies. This allowed me to clean and sanitize all the hard to reach places.

It does heat up and produce some steam, but the steam was interspersed with spurts of lukewarm water. when I go to spray the grout it sprays a stream of water more than steam. So, in a matter of 20 seconds, I have very little grout (not even 1 grout line between 2 tiles) cleaned and big puddle of water. It did this repeatedly. So, this is why I could not recommend this.it would take anyone all day to do the simplest of cleaning jobs! Hell a humidifier puts out more heat and steam than this junk! I will say when I received it, it appeared like it was a returned item, just the packing inside was not perfect - so, maybe it was a bad one returned previously. Also, the indicator light would go on and off and back on and off, so maybe it had a heating element issue. Either way, I was not impressed. I dont know why this product sells so well without any real reviews? Now I share my real buying experience, hoping to give a reference to more people who want to buy, Disappointed in the product, I’d recommend saving for a bigger one so it can actually be used.

I have found so many uses for this little steamer- car window, sliding glass door track, shower doors- I have even cleaned my electric toothbrush! It is easy to use- the glass steamer/squeegie is amazing on glass doors and car windows- dont even need a chemical/spray. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I love the way it cleans my windows. I can get all the crevices with this steamer. It made my stove and sink shine so bright without using harsh chemicals. I would recommend this steamer

I got this for cleaning bathroom floors and around the toilet, but was pleasantly surprised when I realized how many attachments it comes with! Loved using this on my windows with the swueegee attachment and to easily clean my walls! Definitely makes cleaning easier and more fun. Haha

I bought this primarily to disinfect our bearded dragons enclosure and rocks, and it is SUPER fast for this purpose. I also had wanted one for awhile for other purposes; I recently used it on my VERY old shower tile which has some really discolored grout. It took a LOT of the discoloration away in less than ten minutes. It heats up really quickly, and I actually do appreciate that it will NOT open for you to refill or empty until the temperature has gone down and the red button has lowered. I am exactly the sort who would like not obey the directions to wait a certain amount of time before reopening, thinking, Ill just be really careful! and then get a burn anyway. I appreciate the many different nozzles, and the cord is pretty long, which is also handy, considering that many things we want to spot clean and steam are not always easy to reach from whichever outlet/
