I ordered the 6 pack of cheep eggs for my grandson quite awhile ago and he plays with them ALL the time. So this set of 12 with the numbers and colors made him go ballistic with happiness. They are a little more complicated to put back together since the numbers have to align just right, but he will get there and it will hopefully start him out learning his numbers and colors. He just turned 3.

I thought the concept of the eggs opening to different numbers and colors, fitting together like puzzles was terrific, and I bought one for each of my under 3 yrs old grandchildren. It has been a terrific hit with both of them. The toy is sturdy and well made too.

I bought this for my grandson, who loves numbers and real eggs. This is a great substitute for playing with real eggs for obvious reasons. He played with this on the first day for 2 hours straight!! I would recommend this for any child learning numbers and putting things together.

These are cute, every day toys. Nothing Easter about them. Young children who may struggle with matching the numbers to fit the two halves together can match the colors together, and this helps them learn the numbers. They are very realistic on the outside, and so is their container, so this doubles as a play kitchen toy for my 3 year old. (She likes to take her plastic butter knife and slice it open to reveal the color and number hidden inside.) These are very sturdy and hold up to my 1 year old who likes to bang them together, or on the table. None of the pieces are small enough for her to swallow, and nothing has broken off or come loose. Overall exactly what I ordered. Quality product and very happy with my purchase.

This was a gift for my 20 month old grandson. He learned all the colors and now at 22 months is learning the numbers. He hides the eggs and we try to find them. Great educational and fun toy.

Our grandson loves these!! I cant give these enough stars! Our 20 month old grandson loves these and he plays with them every day that hes at our house ( 4 days a week). We have had them about 2 months and every day, he wants to play eggs! He opens the carton and he takes apart each egg. As he opens each one, I tell him what color it is and what number it is. After they all have been opened and are on the ground, he tries to match them up. He thinks hes funny as he tries to mix the colors up. He knows which colors go together and later, hell match them and try to match the number together which sometimes is hard. He knows most of the colors by now and hes got many of the number memorized. I have taken a permanent marker and made dots on the tops and bottoms of each of the eggs to show him how many each number represents. So the #4 egg would have 4 dots on the top of the white egg part and 4 dots on the bottom of the white egg part. So eventually he could match the dots too and he could count the dots. The permanent marker is coming off some of the eggs but I can remark them. This is the only thing that I can think of that would make these eggs better. My grandson loves them!
