Prima Marketing Prima Confections Watercolor Pans 12/Pkg-Currents

These watercolor paints are a bit pricey, but I love them. They are very rich and concentrated, which of course can be diluted and last longer with the use of a bit more water when using. I have been painting for about a year, using YouTube tutorials for instruction, and really love the way these perform and dry. Please note: The painting example uses colors contained in this product as well as others.

Im surprised about the quality of these paints. Theyre very strongly pigmented and the vibrancy of the color is great. I do agree about the blues being a tad close when maybe a nice strong sapphire blue would have been good but Im pretty satisfied with the options provided. The tray the pans rest in is not the best and I hate having to open all the little individually wrapped colors but the colors make up for it.

I love these pans! The colors and pigmentation are wonderful! Even though they are a bit pricey, I find them totally worth it. Ive been trying various liquid, tube, and pan watercolors and these are by far my faves! Definitely recommend!

Ive all the sets theyve produced so far and, if theres another, Ill be the first in line for it. Ill leave any matters of concern to professional painters, like fading, to others. Im not professional. The colors, in this set and others, are vibrant. They go on smoothly and are just, plain fun to play with. If Im attempting to paint at a beach setting, Ill still need more colors, as in the image above. I have no complaints, as, for the money and my purposes, these sets are a must.

Added this to my collection of confections watercolors. This is my favorite set so far but blue is my favorite color and seascapes are my great escape.

This is probably my 6th paint set from Prima and I love it. The colors are perfect for my art and I have used the pans quite a lot. The color is rich and vibrant for my needs.

Just love the colors in this set. All types of blues. Great for many pictures.
