This is one of those rare occasions that you get more than what you pay for. Good variety of frequently used brush sizes, holds a very adaquite amount of water/paint, flexible with proper snapand under $10.

These are fine for beginners. You can get a good result without breaking the bank.

This is very nice sturdy synthetic brushes. I use them for watercolor and gouache. I especially love them for my gouache paintings as gouache can be a bit harsh on softer watercolor brushes. They are holding up and have not shed.

I enjoy the way the brushes hold the pigment and work with the water.

Great brushes

I had never tried this brand of paintbrush before. Well, Im very pleased! This set is enough to get you started and was exactly what I was looking for! I love that these brushes have wooden handles rather than plastic. So far, they have washed up well, and the bristles have been very sturdy. This set in particular includes four very versatile sizes for a learner like me. And yes, they do snap back, in case you were wondering!!
