> 3 dayMy daughter just turned 10, not a tall 10 thought. I was a little concerned these might be too big, but they fit well. The big Pros for these Jr pads is by far the quality and comfort. If you have kids, like me, that have had the cheap starter pads from Target or Amazon that totally wore out and/or were uncomfortable, scratchy and slid all over the place - these are what youve been looking for. My daughter is much more comfortable with these, they dont move around and the velcro doesnt touch her skin. The fabric is a little hotter than just velcro straps, but she complained about heat in the old ones as well. Shes sucking it up. One other advantage is the recognizable name - we see the olympic skaters wearing Pro-Tec as well and that does help with the cool factor and that everyone needs to wear pads!

Greater than one weekI’ve been skating for 30 years. I wouldn’t get anything else for my kids. Best safety gear ever.

> 3 dayI got these for my 12 year old. Great elbow pads but do run a little small. I originally got him the youth size but then had to return them and get size medium.

Greater than one weekWell it arrived on time. Which was really the only good thing I can say about it. It fit ok but the wrist guards are very stiff and if I were to fall I’m sure it would hurt the back of my hand and fingers. As for comfort, well, all of it is pretty stiff and feels awkward to walk in but at least it fits decently so far. The box was reaaaally banged up and the actual contents kinda fell apart when I opened it. Worst of all, it seems to be used?? It looks like someone used it, changed their mind, and repackaged it pretty badly. I mean the knee/elbow pads arrived dirty and kind of scratched, the wrist guards even more so. Unless it is used or it randomly went through hell and back in the process of being boxed, I don’t know how that could happen. Man, I paid for something new, if I wanted something used or worn-out I’d just shop elsewhere. Unfortunately there are no returns. I haven’t even gotten to fully test them yet as now I’m kind of scared to, but it was disappointing from the get go. I hope they at least do a decent job at offering protection.

> 3 dayI bought this for my budding 5-year old skater. It fits him perfectly with some room to grow into. They are very durable and protects him from any joint injuries. And he said theyre quite comfortable.

> 3 dayMy kid uses these pads for everything from skating, skateboarding or bycycling. These wrist guards are also useful for snowboarding or skiing. The pads themselves are very durable as my kid has tested them many times. They have a few scuffs, but there is no damage. Knee pads stay in place because the bottom use a cinch strap, which keeps the pad from riding up the leg. All you have to do is bend the knees to put the pad back in the right place. The elbow pads and wrist guards are secure, durable and comfortable. They stay in place without moving.

Greater than one weekSon is using them for his inline skating practice for 4 months now. Knee pads are awesome. They always stay in place and provide good protection. But the elbow keeps sliding down. And we have to refasten them atleast once after starting the practise. But the cups are solid and does its job. I especially like wrist guards. They are perfect fit and provide good protection.
