UPDATE: I left this review- and customer service reached out and sent me a brand new bag no questions asked. I had it I less than a week. I was past the 30 days because it was a Christmas present and first use was February so I had not even bc attempted to return. . I GREATLY appreciate this level of customer service.we will use the bag this weekend. . Having a working zipper is a must. This is a great bag- all that you will need if looking at this style! It’s huge and holds a lot. The insulated/cooler pocket is great too! Origibal review-I like the bag a lot, but the zipper will not pull together no matter what we do. I am past the return time, so my only option is to order a ~5 foot zipper, rip out the current one, and sew new one back in . NOT ideal right of the bat for a $200 bag. And I am not a professional seamstress, but need the bag so I guess Ill figure it out.

We used this garment duffle bag for the first time this weekend for my daughters dance competition. It was perfect! The hooks inside the bag kept her five costumes organized during travel with room to spare. Her shoes fit nicely in the outside vented pocket and the lined compartment was perfect for a few small snacks. The large pocket along the back held all of the extras. There are even more pockets inside the bag! I am very happy with this purchase!

This just delivered so it hasnt been officially used yet. I wanted to put it together and test it out. Its for my daughters dance competitions. So far Im excited about it as Ill be the one hauling everything and itll be easier on my arms (I struggle with pain). After taking the bars down and zipping it up I wanted to just wheel it around to test it and I noticed one of the rings was stuck to the fabric. I peeled it off and it was rusted and the other rings have rust as well, just not as bad as this one. I have cleaned it off the bag as much as possible, but it still has orange on it when I wipe it off. I havent cleaned the rings yet as Im not sure how I should. So thats a little annoying, but all around I think this is still a good bag. Again, I have not fully used it yet.

We ordered this bag over a year ago and this season my daughter accidentally put the top crossbar down incorrectly and it snapped. I contacted the company to see about replacement parts. They sent me not one, but two replacement cross bars at no additional charge. This company really cares about dancers and their teachers. Their bag is half the price of a dream duffel and we have loved it. Love the sturdy zippers and the insulated pouch to store food and drink which is nice for those long competition days. Professional grade, nothing cheap or flimsy about it at all! This is a must have for anyone in dance competition! It made everything so organized and convenient for us!! Love this!!

The best dance bag I’ve seen. Huge space for costumes and shoes. Clothes rack for hanging. This bag has compartments for everything. You are able to fit everything you need and MORE into this bag. This bag will have your athlete or dancer very professional.

Just received this product and the d rings are rusted , poor quality control.

I have 2 competitive dancers and we have been using duffels and garment bags for our competitions. Finally decided to pull the trigger on a bag like this with a garment rack. This bag was priced well below the other comparable brands on the market (Dream Duffle, Glamr Gear, etc.) so I was not sure what to expect. It arrived and I set it up...set up was relatively easy. Not sure my teenage dancers will be able to set up on their own...but I almost always accompany them to their dressing room and set up their area anyway so not a huge issue. The bag is very structurally sturdy and the garment rack held 12 costumes easily. Could probably hold at least 4-6 more. I have not used this in the wild yet but our first competition is this weekend so if there are any issues, I will update my review. So far, so good. Also, the company sent a free name tag that velcros to the top of the bag which I thought was a very nice extra. And lastly, communication from the company was excellent. Very timely replies to my emails. UPDATE: We have used this for a competition and I am happy to say that it was awesome. Easy to set up, sturdy, and held everything we needed it too. Lots of extra pockets for storage and separating shoes from costumes. For the difference in price from the very expensive brands, I would highly recommend this one.
