Bought for my daughter’s birthday and it broke during the first use at a dance competition. Big waste of money!

I got this bag for my daughter and her “million” dance costumes. The bag has been amazing, until she lost the keys that lock the bars in place. I contacted the company. They fedex the new keys for free. So amazing. Cannot tell you how appreciative I am. Thank you sooo much.

The clips for straps are all rusted and corroded. When I packed everything up several of the zippers had problems. The side compartment zipper was broken. This bag cost way to much money to have these issues

UPDATE: I left this review- and customer service reached out and sent me a brand new bag no questions asked. I had it I less than a week. I was past the 30 days because it was a Christmas present and first use was February so I had not even bc attempted to return. . I GREATLY appreciate this level of customer service.we will use the bag this weekend. . Having a working zipper is a must. This is a great bag- all that you will need if looking at this style! It’s huge and holds a lot. The insulated/cooler pocket is great too! Origibal review-I like the bag a lot, but the zipper will not pull together no matter what we do. I am past the return time, so my only option is to order a ~5 foot zipper, rip out the current one, and sew new one back in . NOT ideal right of the bat for a $200 bag. And I am not a professional seamstress, but need the bag so I guess Ill figure it out.

My daughter is on an elite travel dance team and we have needed a travel bag for her to carry her multiple outfits for the competitions. We have been looking for a bag like this for a while now. It is very attractive to look at. It even says Elite Dance on it which is a nice touch. The bag looks attractive. On first glance, it appears to be well constructed. The materials are sturdy and the zippers work flawlessly. It has wheels that make it very easy to transport. The best feature of this type of bag is a pop-up hanging rack to hang the multiple outfits for her competitions. My only gripe about it is that its not as easy to set up the rack as I would hope. It comes with several interconnecting rods that are intuitive to put together. But it takes some maneuvering to install them. I didnt have a huge issue putting it together but my 14 year old daughter may have a much more difficult time doing so. Once it is together, it is stable and quite effective. In my opinion, a better feature would be to have the pop-up clothes hanger be a telescoping rack that is built-in to make for easier assembly. The bag itself is also very spacious and holds a large amount of cargo. It could be used (and likely will be) for general travel as well. Overall, this is a very nice bag and Id give it 4 1/2 stars if I was able, but thats not an option. I would recommend this bag for anyone needing a large travel bag with the ability for hanging outfits.

We purchased the Elite duffel bag for my daughter’s dance competitions. The bag is large enough to house dozens of costumes and dance accessories. The product is very easy to assemble. Customer service was quickly available and responsive with any questions or concerns.

This bag is great quality! It is has lots of roomy pockets and the garment bar is very easy to set up and holds all of my daughter’s costumes. It’s great to have something very self contained so her things are not spread all over the backstage. The rings on the inside are my favorite part. We can just pull out the hangers and put everything up on the rack. Everything stays needy and organized. Customer service is also fantastic! I had a small issue when I got the bag, but customer service rectified it asap! Would definitely recommend this to any dancer/performer or person who wants to be organized! **customer service still checks in on me months later to make sure all is well! Their customer service is unreal! Also asked me if I wanted a free nameplate for the bag 2 months after I purchased! Can’t say enough about bag or service!

Used for dance competitions. Works perfectly

This is my first garment bag like this, so I cant say I knew what to expect. But this was really heavy and bigger than the typical duffle bag. Its good that it comes with a handle and wheels to roll it. I dont see this breaking anytime soon, thats for sure! But if the metal part ever breaks and we werent able to fix it or get it fixed, Id have to toss this. Its too heavy and big to use as a regular duffle bag.

This was most definitely one of the best purchases I made. it’s very doable it is not hard to carry around it helps save so much space while traveling or even sleeping over at somebody else’s house. 10/10 quality .
