This tool is STURDY and the punch you select snaps in place as you rotate the wheel to the desired size hole. I have some belts that are just shy of a 1/4 and this punch went right through leaving a clean hole. I had purchased a lesser punch and the punch wheel slipped and made a mess of the hole. This works exactly as described. Very easy and everything you need is supplied including a ruler. You cannot tell which are the holes that I made in the belt. Very pleased!

Works perfectly! Simple easy to use, you do have to use a good amount of force to change the hole sizes.
