> 24 hourThis TIME issue was not in collaboration with BTS like the other one. The authors lack knowledge of who they are. They bring up controversial issues and just cut and paste from other articles. The cover is atrocious. Do not buy, its not worth it. BTS did not endorse it at all which says a lot.

> 24 hourWe put this on our house in Florida to keep an eye on things while we are not there. The camera always fails to load correctly and freezes all the time. We thought it was the WIFI, so we added a range extender right below it inside and now says Strong signal, but still freezes. Plus the annoying prompts to upgrade to cloud are annoying. Dont be fooled by the cheap price, you get what you pay for. We will be switching cameras as soon as we get back to Sanibel.

> 24 hourI thought it would be good to have a camera for my front door. Im not very handy with ac electrical wiring so I thought before I pay someone to install a ring doorbell with a camera I would try this. Getting this camera to connect requires quite a bit of patience. Connect your phone to 2g wifi (it wont work with 5g). Then power up the camera, scan the qr code on the side, then a qr code is shown on your phone screen for the camera to use. At that point its supposed to connect to your wifi. Sounds easy right? Except the camera is super finicky about the qr code. You have to hold the phone back and slowly bring it in... or you can use an audio sound to connect, but thats just as finicky. If youve made it this far, kudos to you. I almost drop kicked this thing down the street before I managed to get it connected. At this point you might think, great were good to go. I didnt want to pay for a cloud service on a device I wasnt sure about. So I plugged in a micro SD card. Theres a spot in the app to view the trigger recordings, but it wont let you view where you want on the time line. Any time you scroll on the time line it pops back to a random spot. The only way I could look at the videos was to remove the card and plug it into my computer. No time line, just raw videos. You might think at this point maybe I could just use this as a camera and not bother with the motion videos... then it disconnects. Maybe the power went out, or you had to reboot the modem your wifi is connected to. It doesnt just reconnect when it goes offline. The only way to reconnect is to delete the camera in the app and go through the pain staking process of adding it all over again. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this camera.

> 24 hourCould not finish setup as it never sent the authentication email that I needed in order to finish. There is no contact information help. Great idea, poorly executed.
