Ive been wearing these glasses daily while doing software development. I also wear them while driving and at night when watching television, as I have definitely noticed a reduction in eye strain. I do wear contacts and have historically had issues with dry eyes after a day of staring at computer screens, however I feel that my dry eye symptoms have been greatly reduced while using these glasses. Usually late evening I would have to remove my contacts and switch to glasses due to dry eyes and eye strain while watching relaxing and watching television, however with these glasses, I completely forget I still have my contacts in. I have recommended these glasses to several friends that have similar job situations.
