Im really happy with these glasses and use them quite frequently at night when using my computer for long periods of time. I notice obvious differences in the quality of my sleep between nights where I do and dont use these glasses. Would highly recommend to those using screens late at night and looking for that edge in sleep.

I have been using the glasses for a few days and absolutely love them. I am usually on my work computer 9 hours a day and love to watch tv, so you can only imagine what it does to my eyes. I suffer from severe dry eye. I would highly recommend.

I have your basic Nordic-sized head, not the least bit small, so I got the regular size. These babies are huge and wont stay on my nose. You can bend the ear rests/arms/whatever theyre called; theyre quite malleable, but eventually they straighten out and the glasses slip off your head again. Get the smaller frames, unless people make a regular practice of referencing your head size. As for filtering blue light, they provide some relief, but draw your own conclusions from the loads of studies and articles about the value of such eyewear. I wish I had before swooping on these.

I like these glasses as they eliminate the glare from my computer screen, my eyes are not strained when wearing them.
