> 24 hourZero issues loading and running OPNSense. No loss of throughput with Suricata and various services enabled and CPU stays under 30%. I am happy with my choice.

> 24 hourI got this directly from the vendor with OpnSense installed. Its a nice little machine. Much better that your standard router/wifi combo. I have my old wtr in ap mode now. Protectli has good customer support should you have an issue.

> 24 hourI found this while looking for a replacement for an old first-generation FitPC device that I used to use as a network firewall. The FitPC still runs, but for the last few years, Ive needed something with gigabit ethernet ports, which it doesnt have.

> 24 hourI have bought many of these for Pfsense firewall projects in the past. These firewalls do not disappoint. These a great and drive packets home to their destinations quickly and efficiently. I recommend this over any closed source firewall or any consumer grade junk out there. Great base for a wired LAN and wLAN project!! I will continue to buy these for any future project that comes up!

> 24 hourAwesome little guy. Running Untangle flawlessly. Did have to shut down some dpi to get full bandwidth, but that’s me being stingy with my gigabit link.

> 24 hourThis replaced a zotac zbox with a flakey RTL nic . A simple backup and restore had me up and running in a few minutes. The intel nics are immediately recognized and perform well and the serial console BIOS (115200-8-n-1) worked excellent for a vt100 serial install of pfsense. The heat sink temperature for me is right around 115F suricata, openvpn and ntopng running

> 24 hourGot this to protect a 1U server in colo. 100Mbps symmetrical on the WAN and a few VLANs to route. CPU performance is OK for the wattage but cant touch a bigger box for VPN or IDS/IPS performance. Its perfect for what I need though.
