Greater than one weekI had a leak from the toilet that had been going on for years before recently realizing where it came from. The bathroom smelled a bit damp as a result. The moisture absorber works great to remove most of the smell, as I cant really tell there was ever a leak except by sight.

> 3 dayIve used these in my swampy southern Florida garage recently, as an alternative to another brand. These have lasted longer, and continued to do good work even during a severe storm. Im not sure the relative humidity is being kept as low as I might like, but they are definitely effective and longer lasting than my previous brand. Theyre also more cost effective, and dont have a perfumed stink. All major pluses in my opinion. Im pleased with the performance, value, and longevity of these. Ill be back for more when the supply runs low. Quality product.

07-06-2025Living in Florida, moisture in the air can be a problem. Things rust and mildew... feel damp to the touch and even smell bad. Ive used the competitors absorber and it works but is expensive and doesnt last long. The bags have even leaked! Yuck!!! What I like about Pureegg is it does what its supposed to and lasts a long time. The little bucket with the donut-shaped disk is only supposed to last 30 days but I think each one has at least another 30 to go! And theres no smell. I like that. I use them under windows, near the doors and in my closet. I even keep one in a cabinet in which the door previously swelled too tight to open. That hasnt been a problem since I put a Pureegg inside. I highly recommend this product!

> 3 dayI have been using a different brand for years and thought Id try these. I had the two brands near each other and the other brand did what it always did and filled with water. With this brand, the white beads became a solid block with very little water in the bottom. The bummer is I purchased three (24 units) boxes of them last fall. When we returned to the house this spring we found they werent doing the job and now Im stuck with them.

> 3 dayI used 2 in my closet, I checked it for a week, the box didnt absorb water, because there was no water at the bottom of the box, I opened the absorbent paper and found that the particles inside were hard! ! I judge that the reason why it does not work should be the quality of the particles that cause it to not work! ! !

> 3 dayThese moisture absorbers for the closet are amazing. They are great for small areas to include college dorms. They pull all the moisure out of the air, to decrease chances of having mold and extra moisture within the rooms. If you are looking for something that actually works these are a must buy and must have.
