The animal pictures are beautiful. Starting at the top of the puzzle, very easy to fit in pieces. However, the bottom colors are so dark and muted, it is almost impossible to see the color variations. We had to get out a bright light (sun lamp) to see variations. It was frustrating.

This is one of the best puzzles I have had quality wise. Picture is beautiful and pieces are well made! Not a super difficult puzzle but it’s perfect!

This puzzle is very sturdy. There is no puzzle dust. The colors are stunning. I will be buying more Elena Essex puzzles in the future. This would make a wonder gift for the puzzle lover in your life. They even promise we replace a lost or missing piece.

This was a nice puzzle. The pieces were of good quality - they fit together nicely, but were easy to take apart. It went together quickly for me - not a big challenge for the advanced puzzler - but it was fun to do. My family gets most of our puzzles from thrift stores, but we indulge ourselves with new puzzles for birthdays and Christmas. This was one of those treats!

Beautiful puzzle, amazing quality! The colors are beautiful and vivid; i love the semi-retired finish the puzzle has; the quality is great and the puzzle is nice and thick. Ive finished and glued now just waiting to frame.

I never write reviews but this is the second Elena Essex puzzle I have completed and they have been so fun! Really high quality, no puzzle dust and just a lot of fun to do! I only have one more left to do so I am hoping they have many more designs so I can order more. I have done soooooo many puzzle and this is truly worth the price!!

Box: Sturdy, with clear bright images on front and back. Poster: Full-color poster included. The colors in the reference poster are true to the puzzle pieces. Pieces: Matte finish (yay!), sturdy. Very round knobs, which I love. Clear monogamous fit. Just the right amount of snug for it to pass the pickup challenge, but not so tight that they were wedged in place. This is actually really important for a puzzle with a dark background because if you have to pry pieces apart, it can lead to peeling which is very obvious against the black background. Background: Despite having a black background, there were only about two or three pieces in the entire puzzle that were solid black. The animals fill the space so well! Gradient: O.M.G. This is my favorite gradient Ive ever done. I love animals and rainbows! The perfect combination of the two. I saved the last and darkest section for the morning when I had good daylight. That section is quite dark, though not as challenging as I feared. Each animal has distinct patterning that makes it easier to determine where pieces go. And it was only the last three rows. I sorted by shape and it took me about 10-15 minutes. Dust: None. As in zero. As in hallelujah. TLDR: Buy. This. Puzzle. It is beautiful, fun, unique, and delightful!
