Ok, my Python is 30 years old now, and I was about to replace it entirely because this fitting on it had a crack that leaked. I decided to try just buying this fitting, and it replaced the broken one just fine. Saved me a few bucks. Im happy with it.

Needed to extend the Python hose. Tried using something from Home Depot--but this was a MUCH better option.
