> 3 dayIt was purchased with a wireless Anker charger and worked well for almost two months. The charger stopped working and had a new flashing light. This apparently means the charger isn’t getting enough power. The plug in box is what stopped supplying correct power because the charger still works with an old box. I’ve been pleased with Anker products in the past, but this one only lasted two months. The return window was for only 30 days.

> 3 dayNice charger. It is a little larger than normal chargers but it can work well for traveling. Love the speed at which devices charge at and love the quality.

> 3 dayI purchased this in April, but it wasnt used until approximately 3 weeks ago. This week, it suddenly stopped charging. Instead, it actually pulled power from the phones battery. I changed cords in case that was the issue, but it still malfunctioned. I then tried charging the same phone on a different charger and had no problem. This charger is definitely the defective item. Im extremely unimpressed. Its probably just a defective unit, but Im still out a charger since its past the return date. Based on my experience, Im unable to recommend this charger.

Greater than one weekI was excited to use this charger, as I own 4 Anker power banks. When I first plugged it in to charge my battery, it made a very loud high frequency sound. After a few moments it got more quiet. Regardless of where I plug it in, whether anything is being charged or not, it still makes noise if you get close to it. Anker did offer to exchange it, but for a $14 item, its not worth the risk of going out into public during the pandemic to print out a shipping label, then also having to go inside of a post office. They need to do better QC. I did charge up one of my Anker power banks, and it seemed to work OK. Hopefully its safe to continue to use.
