It is. Not charge fast

It isn’t what it advertised still takes the same amount of time to fully charge my iPhone than a regular charger, no what I expected After talking to customer service changed the rating from two to one star. Asked them if it doesn’t charge the phone fast like how it’s advertised then what exactly is the point of this and they responded saying they didn’t understand the question

I think these are the best for Iphones. They have the fast charge capabilty and I have never had an issue with Anker chargers
