> 3 dayAs a Safety Officer for a rapid response search and rescue team, and a licensed Ham and GMRS Radio Operator, I operate on MANY different frequencies, including citizens band. While building a deployable emergency communication system (ECS), I wanted to include access to these frequencies. To conserve space and maintain ease of rapid roll-out, I purchased this radio. When it showed up, wow! This compact radio is easy to mount in any location you want. It is easy to use and communicates effectively. Although there is an opportunity for the manufacturer to improve the quality of the fragile microphone, this is a great little radio. In fact, I mounted this one in my truck and ordered another for my deployable ECS. If you are in the market for a compact CB, this is the one.

> 3 dayHad the radio install by a local shop radio has very low out put power and poor reception. They looked the radio over and not a thing that they can do about it. I am going to return the radio asap and see if. Can find a better one.

> 3 dayAM/FM scan and auto squelch . Theres channels in other regions that fall under 10m so thats a perk 10/11m and scan sold it for me good radio, auto squelch works great.

> 3 dayIf the microphone wasnt so incredibly cheap I would give it five stars. Radio itself is excellent, and quality. One annoying problem is the mic doesnt stay plugged into radio. May just be a isolated issue with the one I got.

> 3 dayI like Radioddity and have dealt directly with them in the past. They have stood behind their stuff in the past when I had problems. I should have sent this back, but I tried to give it more of a chance as there isnt a lot of CB activity around here. When testing finally you really have to press the microphone and the modulation and sound quality arent that great per the few I tested it with. Unfortunately, the mic isnt easily replaceable and its hard to find out what would be compatible for hardwiring. Its a shame really. The little radio is a great size for either in and out use or to install in tight places. I did CB wayyyy back in the 70s and 80s. Now Im both amateur and GMRS licensed, but still wanted to keep a hand in CB now and then. Great idea, poor execution on this radio.

Greater than one weekSo far so good. Simple radio with modern features. Everything works. Strong build. I cut the cigarette lighter plug and wired directly to the posts in my Freightliner. A small radio in size. Pretty decent speaker. Change channels with microphone. No option for different micrphones because of the plug.

> 3 dayI needed a small CB to fit on my console of my new Ford Truck. It is a great fit and the clarity of the radio is great! Thanks for a nice product!
