Brilliant stand. Really well made, looks good and makes it a lot more comfortable to work with a laptop

Works perfectly and the bonus is that it swivels and makes the keyboard easier to use since it is not flat on the desk.

This is a great addition to my desk. My posture is much better than hunching over the laptop on the desktop. Also, the laptop does not get as hot with heavy use. Most of all I feel the stand keeps my MacAir out of harms way on my desk.

Hi Folks, I was getting neck aches from lack of proper height for the laptop. When using regular pillows, it gets you hot and the MacBook would want to slide and risk damage. So I got the stand and then to avoid the cold hard base, I sewed up a pillow using an old airplane neck pillow filled with buckwheat hulls. The main trick was to make a pocket for the base of the stand and it works great. It stays put even if you move a bit. I will try and sell the idea to Rain Design. Looks sharp and works great. Even better if you are a bit crafty.

I originally purchased one of these stands to go with my MacBook Pro, since aesthetically, it fits the overall Mac design philosophy. Flash forward a couple of years... I purchased a Dell Precision 5510, which uses a lightning port dock that sorta just sits there. I bought another one of these so that I could keep the lightning port dock under the laptop. These things absolutely rock.

Perfect height for my MacBook Pro 13 . Sturdy and actually makes more room on the desk with the shelf thingy underneath.

I bought this for my work laptop because I like that it has space underneath the laptop for my keyboard if I need more space on my desk for other things. I also like the sleek metal look. I took 1 star off because the adhesive padding on the stand has started to move downwards slightly. This may be due to the fact that my computer is not a macbook and weighs more. Either way, it does the job well, but perhaps the padding could be set into the metal on future revisions to ensure that it doesnt move.

This product does exactly what I expected it to do. It sits my Macbook Pro up high and puts it at eye level with my additional monitor. Really it isnt supposed to do any more than that. Five stars because it does exactly what I expect of it.

Potentially the best product I have purchased from Amazon! This stand is solid. Its much heavier than I expected which makes it a very stable base. Docking/undocking is fast and seamless. The design is actually beautiful too. From the color to the shape, this is a perfect perch for my Macbook Pro 13 inch. At the apple store they tried to sell me others that had mediocre customer ratings. Why spend that much for nothing special? So glad I read the reviews, and made this purchase!
