> 3 dayWent from plastic to metal. Major improvement. But as a headphone’s stand still too expensive. It serves only one small function. I like it but nothing special.

> 3 dayOnly problem I have with this item is the picture shows that it lights up at the bottom. The one I purchased does not light up as shown, or light up at all.

> 3 dayI used to buy exclusively razor products. After purchasing this mouse and the chroma stand I can confidentially state that Razor not longer is a gaming hardware company but just a computer hardware manufacture.

Greater than one weekI ordered two of these with the same issue. The USB plug connects and disconnects randomly, like its loose in the port. I tried several different USB ports with the same outcome. I didnt see anyone in the reviews with this issue either, so I am very disappointed. I had to get V2 from a local retailer, which has a proper connection but was more expensive for one less USB port. I have a Razer wired headset so the headphone jack is useless to me. I would stay away from this product all together. Its a pretty banana stand with a light on it. V2 looks pretty cool with my kraken kitty headset though, just not worth the money or hassle of returns.

Greater than one weekI wish they would a version of it with out the dac, for people who just need a pretty stand for their wireless headset., also making it less expensive

> 3 dayProduct showed up with the top of the bottom base plate detached and the self adhesive glue does not hold it down. Seems like cheap materials, would not recommend.

> 3 dayHad this stand since July 2020, and noticed it stopped being read by the Synapse 3 software. In trying to troubleshoot why it was not being detected in Synapse 3, I made the mistake of unplugging the stand, and then plugging it back in and the lights never came back on, nor is it being detected by Synapse 3. I do not understand why this stand has such high reviews, when I cannot find any support for this issue from Razer, even though it is apparently a common issue for the stand to stop working. A complete waste of $60.

> 3 dayI bought this to use on my PS4 ... I was a little disappointed to find out that I could not plug this into a wall socket ... it only worked when I plugged it into a laptop / PC .... But then I remembered that this is a PC/PS4 headset... so I tried to plug it up to the USB port in the back of my PlayStation & I can confirm that this method works perfectly fine !
