The Razer Chroma Headphone Stand technically works with a MAC; you just can not change the light pattern. Razer has not released the Synapse 3 software for MAC yet. The lights are bright and vibrant without being distracting. It has a pleasing glow as the colors transition from one to the next. The stand has a plastic construction but it is very sturdy and does not tip over due to an anti slip rubber bottom. The stand seems like it should fit all size headphones. I can say it fits my Sony MDR-V6 headphones perfectly. The 3 port USB hub works great and is very convenient.

I was disappointed by how short the cord is. I had plans to put it on top of my desk and couldn’t because the cord is only about 2 feet long. Other than that I love it. Works well, seems well made and the lighting is awesome.

I have good ears so I couldnt stand the buzz. Had to connect directly to the pc not this stand. Its sturdy and I like the rgb though. But the buzz is unacceptable.

I only had to get this item because Razer didnt have my old Black Widow Elite V2 when mine stopped working and they upgraded me to the new Black Widow Elite V3 Wireless keyboard. The only issue was it no longer has Audio and USB pass through. I had my speakers and Tartarus V2 connected to those pass throughs. So I bought the Razer Base Station V2 Chroma to act as my pass through. Works just like when I had it through my keyboard just added another piece of RGB on my desk that makes it stand out even more. The 7.1 surround sound even works on my speakers :)

So let’s start out with a few quick facts/disclaimers: this is my very first Razer item, I didnt exactly know what to expect besides that a lot of the YouTube’s I’m subscribed to use their products as well as online friends so I had high expectations at the same time. I do not have a gaming PC therefore I can’t utilize this to its pull potential by any means. I got it purely for aesthetic if I’m being honest since most of my gaming / pc stuff is black and pink already I thought it would match and it had pretty lights. Now that that’s out of the way let’s get cracking.

I bought one of these to act as a USB hub as well as a mount, but the USB ports in here barely function as USB 2.0 ports let alone USB 3.0. The bandwidth test on an Oculus Quest reports a maximum data transmission rate of 362 Mbps when transmitting data through the Base Station, while the same cable plugged directly into my computer gets up to 2500 Mbps.

Great quality even though its fully plastic, thick fabric usb connector also comes with nice cable tie. Adequate usb ports and mesmerizing rgb glow!
