Razer BlackWidow Mechanical Gaming Keyboard: Green Mechanical Switches, Tactile & Clicky, Chroma RGB Lighting, Anti-Ghosting, Programmable Macro Functionality

I’ve very pleased with my new Razor Blackwinow keyboard. I’m not a gamer, but I do a great deal of typing, and the mechanical “green tactile and clicky” keys are perfect for my work. The only drawback is the secondary functions on the keys. I’m talking about the ones with two symbols (such as the numerical and punctuation keys). The secondary symbols are not back lit. Theyre printed on a black key with a relatively dark gray paint. Theyre hard to see in a dimly lit room. Not being a touch typist, I have to stop and look for the secondary functions. A minor inconvenience. I hope that is addressed in future versions. Other than that, it’s a sturdy keyboard with the proper heft to prevent it from sliding on the desktop. It looks and feels well made. The power cable comes out of the center back originally, but you can adjust it to come out of the back on either side, depending on your desktop configuration. For the price, it’s hard to beat. If you’re looking for the great mechanical keyboard, I couldn’t recommend the Razor Blackwidow too highly. UPDATE 6/29/20: Its been over a month and not one problem. Still clicking along perfectly. My motto is Take the negative ratings with a grain of salt.

I used this product for gaming and I love it! It’s very clicky and responsive. I’ve had it for a few months and I’ve had no problems with it. The colors are also pretty and vibrant.

I decided to purchase this keyboard on a whim, I’ve had dozens of mechanical keyboards and I can assure you, this one does not feel the best. One thing however is that aesthetically, it’s pleasing. I enjoy a full size keyboard for normal day to day typing but when it comes to gaming, I prefer a ten keyless. Essentially, got it at a DISCOUNT, would buy it again for the same price. I don’t however recommend buying this full price.

My son loves it- exactly what he was looking for. Set lights to different modes, responsive keys. Keys are noisy, whick is to be expected for this keyboard. Not great if computer is in common area.

I like typing with this keyboard. Clicks are perfect and the rgb and key bindings are very customizable through the synapse app. Problem with the lighting is that the shift keys dont light up, so using the secondary keys for the numbers can sometimes be annoying if you dont have them memorized. Volume control is a bit of work, requiring the pressing of 2 keys rather than just a set of dedicated ones. It can be an inconvenience. Overall, its a good fun mechanical keyboard. But there are better.

Brightness and color adjustable. Key strokes feel firm but easy to use. Keyboard layout is comfortable to use and my fingers dont feel too spread out or too cramped together.

This Keyboard is worth the price. Great response time, great feel, great RGB. Software is as polished as the hardware and I am very happy with the purchase.

This is a really good keyboard in terms of Quality, the RGB is great with a really good design and types really nice too. If you can get past the loud clicky keys, its very good. For me I had to return it because after a while it drove me insane, so its not for everyone. Shame they didnt have this keyboard with any other switches.

I started work from home and the company I work for provided me a keyboard that something you would get from a Box Store, and really crappy. It had no back lighting at all, and the elevation feet for it were broke off. So I went with something close to what I have on my Gaming PC, and cant say anything negative about it, it does what I need it to do and dont have to worry about keys sticking or not working at all!
