Bought it to fit an older holder that I have. I am retired and can’t order from dental supply house any more. Wish you didn’t have to order so many. I now have enough for two lifetimes.

I was using Listerine Ultra Clean Serrated floss, but that caused my gums to bleed so I switched back to Reack Dentotape. It works great for me.

I used to able to pick this up at Wal-Mart, but for some strange reason they quit carrying it. Probably because all of the fine folks in Bentonville have no need for good dental floss, so therefore none of the rest of the world should have any either. I could be wrong, but thats what I assume.

I like dentotape for floss as it slides easily into tight fitting teeth and actually picks up particles left after brushing. I use it after vigorously brushing my teeth and it does an excellent job.

There is no other floss that can hold a candle to the great job this does.

Its hard to find Dentotape in a drugstore in anything but the tiny size container. And I have found that drugstores own brands tend to fray, which I hate. This is a big container of the real thing.

Oh yeah this stuff is awesome. If youre sick of floss fraying and breaking on use and leaving tiny micro strands of nylon stuck between your teeth then this is what you need in your life. I personally tried a few different types of floss from various convenience stores in my area and was consistently disappointed because the floss would fray and break before having any effect. This dental tape still breaks, I use about 3 or 4 pieces every time I floss, but you can tell it has done some work before it breaks. Its tape like sticky texturing makes it very obvious if the area you are cleaning still has plaque (or tartar) or is clean. When this floss breaks, though, it doesnt leave nylon filaments in your teeth like that woven stuff. After using this product once I could tell that my teeth were much cleaner and flossing has become a much less timely and more enjoyable process. I also use a waterpik (which I also recommend) before brushing to remove the food from my gums but this tape is what does the real work in my nightly routine. I cant recommend this product enough if regular floss doesnt seen to do the trick for you. I will never go back to regular woven floss from dental tape. One thing I would note, though, is that this floss is much thicker than standard floss. For my teeth that are spaced closer together it is quite difficult to get it into cleaning position. If you have teeth that are very close together with no gap then this product might not work as well for you. I have small gaps between most my teeth and no gap between some but I can get this floss in between every tooth without much difficulty.
