> 3 dayIve used Real Techniques brushes in the past and have been impressed with the quality. This set is just as good. The bristles dont shed when I use them or wash them. They are soft and do a great job with my makeup. The rectangle brush cup was a nice addition and helps keep my brushes cleaner than if I tucked them into a drawer. As with any brushes, eventually youll need to replace them. But this brand is affordable and well constructed so you definitely get more bang for your buck.

> 3 dayI wasnt expecting much but the contour brush in this set (the largest one) has become my favorite tool to apply foundation with, ever. The density of the bristles is perfect, and they come up to a point which gets into your small features just like you would with the top of a beauty blender. I use it every day and Ive already ordered a backup. The other two brushes are fine, they get the job done. And I appreciate the little brush holder thats included.

> 3 dayNot their best brushes but still a good deal for the price. It’s only good for it’s price, however. Real techniques have produced better brushes

> 3 dayFan crush doesnt pick up much pigment where as the contour brush picks up too much. As for the other one, its great for highlighting but you can get an even better one from morphe for a little bit more. But pretty good for a starter set.

> 3 dayThe sculpting brush: While I like the size of this brush for sculpting around the cheeks I dont like how dense it is, it packs on too much product and doesnt really allow for a soft, subtle look. Probably good for packing on creamy products, but I tried it with a bronze powder and had to clean it up a bit despite trying to get it on softly from the beginning. Im not light-skinned by the way, so for a soft bronze to pop heavily on my cheeks is definitely saying something. The fan brush: This one I like the most out of all three. Its soft and really does add on a gentle, subtle look to areas like my nose and around my forehead/temples. If you want something that affords a great deal of control, this brush works. Setting brush: Works great as well, I used it for both blush and as a setting powder brush, worked great on both counts. Again, I prefer a soft, subtle look so if youre going for that then I recommend these two brushes, not so much the first one.
