> 3 dayIve always been a fan of RT brushes and these are no different. I use the big sculpting one for contour (great angle), fan for highlighting, and the setting brush for under eye and sometimes BIG eye look blending (its a big big as a regular eye brush).

> 3 dayI ordered these based on Shelby Wilson YouTube recommendation. Mot only do they not look like hers, the coveted setting brush is scratchy and smashy. Just collapses under pressure. Ive been duped. They don’t look like the ones Shelby Wilson used.

> 3 dayI think this brush set is good for hooded big eyes. For my Asian eyes, I need more shorter brushes. The big eye shadow brush I actually just use it to contour around my nose.

Greater than one weekThis is another great addition to the Real Techniques line. Each brush in the set is labeled for what it is supposed to be used for and I found this very helpful. I did use a few of the brushes for other things so they can all be multi purpose which is great. As I have stated in my other review the bristles are firm, but soft and hold the make up very well. I had zero problems applying my eye makeup and I even looked up the videos that are available and they were great. I really like this line.

> 3 dayI have a few other Real Techniques brushes I bought a few years ago, so I was excited to try this new set. The bristles hold powder well, and are a nice balance of softness with stiffness to actually apply the product. The handles are really comfortable to hold, and all the brushes have a great weight to them. I havent had any issues with bristles falling out, and dont expect to if these are anything like my older Real Techniques brushes. My favorite is probably the eyelash comb, which has a handy little hinged lid to keep from inadvertently scratching your hand when youre sifting through your brush collection. The medium shadow brush is the most useful for me, since I use the edge for detail shadowing or the flat side to cover more area. I do find that the bristles on the crease brush could be a little longer and more tightly packed to be more effective. The liner brush has the same problem, but I use it wet, which mostly fixes that issue. But overall, this is a great set for creating a lot of different eye looks, at a fantastic price for the quality.
