Greater than one weekWhat appeared to be a 4 stud buss bar is simply a strip of metal with four, 3/8-16 bolts. The heads of the bolts are in a hexagonal molded hole. Plastic is very hard and can handle good amount of torque. The bolts and nuts on the other hand cannot. I tighten downed 1 nut with decent torque so it wouldnt back off. Not killer torque to hold suspension parts in. I went to add another ring terminal and the nut stopped backing out 1/3rd of the way. I tried to tighten it back and the nut wouldnt budge. I then proceeded to try and back it out again and the bolt head started spinning in the plastic mold. I undid the 2 flat head screws to get access to the back side of the bolt with a wrench, and still couldnt get the nut off. I had to cut the head off of the bolt. After that I put it in the bench vice to see if I could save the over sized nut and I couldnt not back it off. Threw it out and got a new bolt. The bolt threads were squared where I put the final torque to tighten the 1st time. I dont know how or why because plastic isnt strong enough to hold the bolt to square the threads of any decent metal. Only thing I can think of is cheap soft metal alloy that stretched under very light tightening. Rating reflects the fact its still useable if youre able to fix it. Another thing that I would like to state is there are 3 small button head screws that can hold small ring terminals. But youll never get the cover on if you do because the cover blocks the screws. Youd have to try to go out the other side and snake into the opening of the large bolt. I also dont like that I cannot come straight in from the sides to make it an inline distribution block but rather have to twist the wire to the top or bottom.

> 3 dayThis distribution block uses Stainless steal hardware for terminal lugs. If you have had any experience with stainless hardware, you know it will tend to lock up on its own threads unless it is made of the correct alloy. These are not. The first lug locked up like it was welded before I could even get it tightened down. I had to disassemble it and cut off the stud with a grinder (Now a 3 stud). To be safe I oiled the threads on the remaining studs and avoided a repeat.
