12-06-2025I used these to install 3.5inch speakers in the dash of my 2020 Toyota Camry SE non JBL. They worked perfectly. Even the length was perfect. Strange that other wire adapters from Red Wolf are shorter. But these are great for the dash speakers.

> 3 dayThese did work on a 2021 Corolla. Also the speaker in that Corolla is about an inch and three eights it is connected straight to the sound grill. The JBLGX 328 speakers fit easily in the hole and are a giant upgrade but I could only get one screw to fit. Also because you were not pulling out a previous speaker you need some sort of screws. I used number 10 metal screws. They are a little loose but tightened up fine. The wires work as advertised plug and play. No problem fitting the wiring in the hole.

> 3 dayIt is the correct harness, however it did not snap on perfectly. The connector is a little larger than needed, so the secure snap on the factory harness did not secure it completely in place. I put a tape strip around the connector to secure it.

> 3 dayThe product itself is five stars....good quality and great price. The two stars is because the seller did not specify that Toyotas with JBL have very different adapters / harness and and THIS WILL NOT WORK! I have a 2016 4 Runner with the JBL sound. My dash speakers are blown which is a common problem. I guess Toyota had to change the adapter for the same type of wires from non-JBL vs JBL equipped vehicles. If you are in the business of manufacturing custom adapters, you should know they the vehicle manufacturer uses different designs and list those models that your product is compatible with and those it is not. I hope they take a return and give me a refund as the adapter is in a plastic bag that had to be ripped open to try and discover that it does not work with a 2016 Runner w/ JBL. Please update your listing so we know this will not work with JBL Toyotas and if you have the correct one, please reference that part number.

> 3 dayI bought a Rockford Fosgate component set (Lowe and upper speakers) from Crutchfield and they were out of stock for the Metra 72-8110 harness for the tweeter. I found the Red Devil item and noticed the adapter looked the same. Bought a pack and it for perfectly with my Scion. However, I had to do a little modification to connect the tweeter wires to this adapter. The positive and negative terminals are soldered on to the tweeter so I needed to cut off the metal terminal sides of each and crimp the wires together. It worked and now I have some solid sound in my car. :)
