Good in wind and rain!

Halfway through my first winter using it, the stitching holding in a couple ribs tore, but was still useable, if a bit misshapen. By the end of my second winter, one of the metal ribs had broken entirely, making half the umbrella sag, so it wont be in use next year. I wish Id experienced what all these happy reviewers are saying, but for me, any rain with wind blew it right inside out.

I have had one of these umbrellas for five years and one for two years. Both are still working great and good as new. I use them mainly to protect against rain and occasionally against sun. The stitching has not broken on any of the ribs as of yet after all this time, nor on the sleeve.

Customer service is top notch. My umbrella unfortunately broke the first time I took it out to use; the spring mechanism that opens and closes the umbrella somehow broke or something. I decided to take advantage of the replacement warranty that was advertised on the slip of paper that was included with the umbrella and the customer support I received was quick and professional. My new umbrella hasnt arrived yet but Im pleased with how the companys customer service handled my issue. My old umbrella was in the sky blue color with the clouds printed on the underside, and it was really cute so I was sad that it broke. Thanks to the companys warranty policy, though, I can once again enjoy seeing the blue sky and clouds on a rainy day.

The quality is there as in broken on me. I’ve used it about six times now. And I like that it’s automatic.

Auto open and close works well, holds pretty well in the wind, and for the cost is a great deal…. Small enough to fit under a car seat, too!

I bought this in September 2022 and I love it but it just broke! I was putting it down to get on the bus and heard a click and now it won’t close or open fully.

This umbrella was wonderful when I got it. It was impervious to rain and wind. I felt confident that it would stay open and strong when I used it. I even bought one for someone else. Then, about six months later, it suddenly would not open or close all the way and was unusable.

I bought this umbrella for its good reviews, durability, and the double canopy feature. Specifically, I bought the umbrella with the night sky star designs. However, this additional design eliminates the double canopy feature. The umbrella is good, and it has good durability as advertised. However, if you want the double canopy, I strongly don’t recommend the night sky design. I’m irritated with getting an umbrella without the feature I wanted most from this product. Overall, I give this product 3 stars for false advertising, but the umbrella is still functional and should last for a decent amount of time.
