Replacement 5 Hook & Loop Pad For DeWalt DW421/DW423 Sander 2-pack# 151281-08

Pad lasted less than 15 minutes. The plastic backing broke through the screws holding it to the sander. Previous pads were made of a more robust plastic and metal. Poorly made. Don’t buy.

These work great on my Dewalt sander. Abd were a great price.

This part does not work with the Dewalt DWE 6423 because it attaches with 3 screws and the sander has 4 screws. The photo shows the knockoff replacement part that does not have the correct set of mounting holes.

These are.built to last. Worked great on my dewalt hand sander qnd have at least 20 hours on my 1st one now.

Seems durable enough but I needed a replacement with the 4-hole setup. I did not realize that until after these arrived and I tried to replace them. These have a 3-hole mounting setup

The Velcro portion of my old DW421 pad was peeling off. This fit perfectly. The only difference I noticed was the old pad had a metal plate, whereas this one is plastic. I dont expect that to cause any problems, but only time will tell.

These dont feel quite the same as the Dewalt ones, but they hold the paper just fine.
