> 3 dayI used the item shortly after getting it in the mail. I placed several small twigs inside for the butterflies to rest on and the netting held up even with being pressed against and poked. I was successful in releasing six Black Swallowtail Butterflies! Light weight. I loved the position of the small zipper area which allowed for easier access.

> 3 dayThis was exactly what I was looking for to place my caterpillars in, once they formed into their chrysalis stage. The cage/net is perfect for my Kindergartners to see without touching. Once they emerged as butterflies, the kids could see the butterflies up close. Easy to clean and have for next year. Thank you!!

> 3 dayI have been raising monarchs for over 2 years and at one time I had too many for the only 2 habitats I had, so was these and thought having the access at the bottom would be convenient. Was I ever wrong! I hate just about everything about these habitats! They are shabbily seen together around the bottom where there is excess plastic where cat poop gets in there and hard to get out. It zips open and closed on top and have had the cats actually morph right in the middle of the zipper! I much prefer the Backyard Safari Adventures brand butterfly habitats. They are extremely well made! I will be buying more of those. Dont waste your money on these habitats!

> 3 dayI have used this twice so far to hatch the butterfly larvae eating up my parsley. In ten days presto there were the swallowtail butterflies ready to be released. Amazing and fun to observe the process I think it is marketed to kids but this grandma enjoyed it too
