> 3 dayNot having the tools to cut and solder my own connector to the cable I chose to purchase one pre-made. I needed a short 3 foot cable for hooking a meter between the antenna and radio. This worked perfect for my use. It is a smaller diameter flexible cable suitable for indoor use.

> 3 dayI used this jumper from my coax switch to my tuner for a few months before realizing that it was faulty. My antenna tuner took a long time to tune and the tuner couldnt save the settings - which is a solid indication of a a variable connection . I was able to narrow down the tuning problem when I compared this jumper with a jumper of known quality using an antenna analyzer on the output of the coax switch attached to a resonant antenna. The SWR was consistently >10:1 - I now see that they are currently unavailable - which is a good thing. Better to buy from the a vendor with a good reputation than here.

Greater than one weekIt isn’t hard to make a good coax cable. This product is a fail. I doubt the one I received was actually a Workman product. The molded plastic on each end looked diseased. The plastic didn’t completely fill the mold and had the appearance of being eroded. The plastic was still slick with mold release agent. I’m confident this was a product from a beginner level sweat shop. Connected between my set meter and radio: no signal. Used a spare 18’ cable to isolated the problem. Problem was gone when this cable was eliminated from the circuit. Spend the extra money on a better cable, or just make your own. If you still feel compelled to buy this one, try the following: obtain the cash equivalent of the price. Throw it into either a fire or a garbage disposal. Proceed to buy a better product. The result will be the same (should you have the same experience as me).
