The joints offer great expandability when loosening hard to reach bolts. Used with both ratchet and impact wrench with successful results. Fits well with other brands, I used Husky. Definitely recommend.

Previously, I ordered the Rigor 25011 swivel socket set (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PPFN3SR) that I really, really liked. Because of how impressed I was with them, I decided to order this impact set. The Rigor 25011 set is made with Chrome Vanadium alloy steel while these are made with Chrome Molybdenum alloy steel. These two steel alloys are nearly chemically identical so I would think either of these sets of swivel sockets could work well with impact wrenches. One feature of these Rigor 11601 Impact Swivel Sockets that I really like is how easy it is to read the size. Now granted, it is easy to tell which one is 1/2 vs 3/8 vs 1/4 but sometimes the kid helping you out needs these markings. As soon as I got these I went out to the garage and tried them on a stuck bolt. I used the 1/2 swivel socket and it worked as expected. As with the previous swivel socket set I ordered, these also have the same high quality storage rail. A really nice surprise to have this nice rail to store the swivels. Another home run by Rigor with these quality Rigor 11601 Impact Swivel Sockets!

Let me start off by saying - this review is in no way compensated by anyone, i did not get these for free, i did not get the price reimbursed for leaving a positive review, I broke my old craftsman 1/4 universal joint and went in search of something stronger. After some research i decided to get some pinless universal joints. These are advertised as being made in Taiwan, but there is no marking on the universal joints themselves. Quality seems solid compared to most of the big name brands out there. The detent hole is drilled all the way through the socket (See pic) which is nice compared to some that have it only drilled through 1 side. The detent ball is strong and the machining is well done. No rough edges. I dont have any way to measure the angle, but it looks on par with my other universal joints (its better than it looks like in the pic) The holder is aluminum with the yellow piece being plastic. I paid $20 for the set of them and given as the gearwrench was something like $45-50 for the same thing. Tekton doesnt offer a 1/4 and some of the other brands looked very bulky or were just as expensive as a name brand. The 1/2 seems a little less smooth than the other two, but it doesnt effect performance so i really dont care. They came well packaged in a bag inside a sturdy little box. Overall im happy with them. Ill update the review if i run into any issues later on.

If youve never used a pinless universal joint, youre in for a treat! The ones with pins work but can be easily bound up at too steep of an angle. Pinless style, like this, significantly reduce binding at steep angles and work a lot better. This set is holding up well so far and not showing any real signs of wear of the metal getting dented, bent, galled, or deformed. Seems that these will stand up to a lot of use in impact tools.

So far so good. I’ve had a few sets of swivel adapters over the years and one thing I disliked was the ones with exposed pins that can sometimes pop out. Fortunately this set here avoids that. I can be a little rough on my tools and given that, I expect these to last for quite a long time. Time will tell but so far they seem great.

These are well made and swivel sockets move smoothly and these work very well for what they were designed for. My husband likes these adapters

These angled joint swivel adapters are great for the price. Theyre tough and work very smoothly! For those times when you have to get at something from an angle, they are great. And theyre much cheaper than some other brands.

These are great to have in the toolbox and you will need them. They feel very well made but only time will tell. I will update this if the fails. Comes with a smallholder which is nice as I stuck a magnet to it and popped it on the outside of my toolbox.

A really great find. These CR-MO swivel joint adapters are much better than most who uses a pin to lock the ball. The hexagonal ball design is many times stronger. A valued addition to my tool box.

These universal socket adapters are a great addition to my toolbox. They are durable and come in handy for those stubborn and hard to reach bolts. They are strong built and have held up on an impact wrench. I would recommend. Thank you for reading my review I hope that it was helpful to you.
