> 24 hourThis dye works as it should, so long as you follow the instructions. Personally, use a 5 gallon bucket, throw in a cup of salt, squirt in a shot of dish soap, add about 3 gallons of boiling water, then add the items I want to dye and keep them moving in the bucket with a broom handle for about 5 minutes. I then let them soak in the dye mixture until cool enough to handle by hand, then wring them out (wear gloves!) and wash as usual. It really is that simple.

> 24 hourI use this to dye my favorite jeans. My company frowns on worn- looking jeans and my favorites dont hold their color long. I still have to dye about once a month but its cheaper than buying new jeans that often!

> 24 hourThe only instructions that came with this product was on the bottle in tinny tiny letters, and did not give enough step by step instructions for anyone who had never used this type of product before

> 24 hourWorks okay. The amount of prep and work to apply wasn’t worth the product washing out after 4-5 washes.
