Rit Liquid Fabric Dye Black 8 Ounces, Pack of 3

Very easy to use. I dyed a pair of camo pants and they turned out great. I only had to dye them once.

I bought three 3 packs (9 total) to try and dye my miata carpet. From tan carpet it dyed it to dark brown. I wasted a lot of money and time using this. I ended up buying duplicolor fabric and vinyl spray paint, works better.

It’s a procedure for sure; I myself had to build a small little brick-stove outside and mix the clothes in a cauldron-like big metal pot. Using a bit of dish soap and salt helps too as mentioned on the package. Overall it restored faded black clothes to like new~.

Did not dye my shirt at all. No bueno.

Great product - hard to find

Really easy to use and last a fair amount of time. I cannot imagine buying another brand!

I wear a lot of black and the problem with black clothing is that it fades over time. I’ve been using Rit dye for years to extend the life of my black cotton and denim for much longer than the intended shelf life, which is a great thing if you’re like me and are very particular about the items your wear.

Didnt dye 100% cotton to black at all......

I was able to dye my canvases the way I wanted with one try. Easy to clean up while it’s wet:

I got these to dye my headboard as it was grey and black would fit my aesthetic better. I would recommend getting 6 bottles as it didn’t get as dark as I wanted but it’s a queen size tufted headboard so I knew I didn’t get enough. But all in all good product and it worked. Headboard is a little stiff though but I think it’s a user error
