Wow. This keyboard actually surprised me at its price point. I was fairly sure that it was going to be a China special, but its actually tenable for everyday things (for me, anyway). Im not a keyboard connoisseur, by any means, so grain of salt here. It has a metal faceplate on the base that seems to keep flex to a minimum when typing. Can you twist it by torquing both ends? Yes, but it doesnt feel flimsy. The switches are perfectly serviceable linear switches (not tactile), that have a nice feeling amount of travel. Theyre not overly noisy, but are more noisy than a mushy membrane keyboard. The lighting options are actually kind of absurd at this price, but a neat bonus.

I bought this for work, not so much for gaming and I have been getting nothing but great compliments about it. I love it!!!

This is the coolest keyboard Ive ever had. You can change the colors on all parts of the keyboard to best fit your style: solid colors, rainbow, different shades and tempos. The coolest keyboard! I love this product and will honestly keep it forever if it lasts! I went with the brown switch to sound like a businessperson yet be quiet if I decide to game.

After 4 months, it died on me. You get what you pay for I guess. Worked great while it lasted, though I would hope a keyboard would last longer than 4 months even on the budget side of things. the ZXCVBNM row just suddenly stopped working in the middle of a game. I wouldnt go as far as saying, dont buy it, it was nice and my case could just be a fluke. The RGB settings leave something to be desired, if youre looking for a keyboard to customize, you might want to consider pricier options.

i love a good keyboard. This one is big enough that i dont hit multiple keys while typing. I love the way it lights up and i love the way the keys sound as Im typing. i work in an office and this was perfect for my setup.

I work as a 3D artist for games, so I sit at the computer most of the day and game regularly. I was looking for a better keyboard than my current one, so I purchased one from another seller that I ended up not happy with. Around the same time, I got this one as a Xmas gift for my little brother and immediately bought one for myself after trying it out. It felt comfortable, natural to type at, and everything you could want from a keyboard. Then, after my boyfriend tried the one I bought, he immediately got one for himself too. Pros: -Easy to see with a backlit keyboard -Keys are non-stiff with a satisfying clack -Quality material -Keys are removable so its easy to clean and/or replace keycaps for custom ones if youd like -Decent price Cons(?): -Wired (if you consider that a con, but I dont) -Not sure if you can customize the colors, but I dont really care about that either

I had bought a 60% keyboard and loved it (another RK Royal Kludge product) but realized how much I missed directional buttons, function keys and a number pad. I figured that since I loved my other RK Royal Kludge keyboard Id give this a try. Out of the box, my first impression was, Wow, this feels cheap compared to the other keyboard. The other keyboard has an aluminum frame, where this is surrounded by LEDs. Theyre bright, dont get me wrong but the frame doesnt feel nearly as premium. The buttons feel very clacky which the other RK Kludge keyboard didnt have, even for brown switches. It wasnt easily noted what type of switches it used, so color me surprised when I found out these were nondescript RK switches. Not sure if this will matter to you but the cord is attached to the keyboard. This is it for the cons. The mixed bag portion: While I love having function keys, directional buttons and a number pad back, I forgot why I gave it up in the first place. While gaming, my mouse has to sit much further out than my arm is comfortable with. Imagine a splayed out configuration which is awkward for long gaming sessions. This isnt the fault of the keyboard as all full size keyboards will be like this. Things I liked: The keyboard is crazy bright, and the floating keys along with the LED rimming the keyboard frame means your keyboard will dazzle you in a darkened room. Overall, I liked it okay, but realized I needed more space to move the mouse around. Its absolutely worth the price, especially if this is your first foray into the mechanical keyboard world.

I have at least three other Royal Kludge keyboards, and love them to death, but this one seems to be a step down in build quality. Thats okay, cuz it was a bit cheaper than my other purchases, and is quite a bargain for an entry level mechanical keyboard... which is all I was looking for.

I purchased the keyboard for office work. My organization doesnt allow employees to download software, so I selected this model because I can adjust the colors and brightness manually. I also like the sounds that the keys make as I type - pleasant-sounding soft clicks that wont distract my fellow employees. The side light is a nice feature that compliments the rounded sides of the board, giving it a softer apperance than other mechanical keyboards.
