> 24 hourIt took me forever to pull the trigger on purchasing a robot vacuum, but I wish I did sooner!!! I am a clean floor fanatic and used to (hand) vacuum daily. I put off getting one forever because I figured it needed to be programmed, and I am not technical. Also, didnt I believe the hype that it could work as well as a hand vacuum, I was wrong. I absolutely LOVE this vacuum! I. It was on sale, so I figured I would try it! AND I LOVE IT! I just hit start, and it does it all! I have 2 long-haired cats and an 8-year-old. The most important thing to me is how much time I save now for more important things in life wish I had gotten this sooner. I never write reviews; this is worth it...

> 24 hourMy first vacuum wouldn’t run for more than 20 minutes and had issues with mopping so I attempted to exchange it through the company. They responded to me in an attempt to troubleshoot and then cut all communication when I made it clear I simply wanted to exchange the item. I ultimately made a return via Amazon and then purchased the vacuum at a higher price. My second vacuum maintains charge and runs for a full cycle but has major issues putting out water (just like the first). In the time I spend unclogging the tiny little water holes, I could just clean my floors. Disappointing for an $800 vacuum. In theory I love it. In reality? Junky.

> 24 hourFirst I thought it was thinner. The suction is good, but it doesnt seem to recognize things like shoes and slippers and bypass them. It has tried to go over them and then stop .

> 24 hourEasy to set up, easy to do pretty much everything. My only complaint is how easily it snags cord and wires, but that is easily remedied by keeping any wires from dragging the floor, even behind your couch. The low profile design allows this lil guy to go everywhere. We have a 115 pound doggo who sheds a lot, so the first time I ran the vacuum it needed to be emptied many times during the first run. Now I run it once a day, and empty it twice while it is running, and again when it returns to the charging station. Works great on our hardwood floors, not great at all on our rug, or our indoor welcome mat. The vacuum doesnt pick up large stuff very well, but it does great for dog hair and any dust. Ive not used the mop function though, so I cant be much help on that end.

> 24 hourProduct performance is amazing between both the hard wood floors and area rugs. Great for all the pet hairs from our sitting business. Mop is awesome to keep up with the salty winter floors

> 24 hourI love this robot. It comes with a remote and it’s so easy to use; especially with spot cleaning or just cleaning a certain area. The suction levels are great as well. This robot is much quieter than the original Roomba, even on the highest suction level. The mop feature is ok; I don’t really use it as much as the vacuum. Holds a charge about an hour before recharging and does a great job of finding the base. I love it!

> 24 hourI absolutely love the robot vacuum! Vacuum has amazing suction, picks up hair and crumbs better than my dyson did. Has a mop and vacuum feature. I never see dust on my wood floors anymore since using this vacuum/mop I can spend more time for my other daily chores knowing my floors can be swept and mopped. Absolutely recommend this vacuum! Has features so awesome from manual to edge cleaning and random, can even send to go charge, by a click of the button. Connects to phone app. Ty for having such an amazing product available! Can use on carpet and wood floors!

> 24 hourFor the value, it works pretty great. It is not as quiet as they claim but it is definitely quieter than turning on a vacuum. I have two dogs and this picks up all the dog hair. I dont like the mop feature. It didnt really work that well for me. So i dont use it anymore. But i do recommend. If you need something that will do a general job on those days that you dont want to work, this is exactly that

> 24 hourJerry (yes I named him) did an admirable job keeping up with the discharge from Gordon and Steven, my two Huskies on the hardwood surfaces of the house worked well for 6 months, but has been getting stuck in feedback loops (cleaning the same spot until I move him) and then just quit working. I suppose you get what you pay for, and at under $200 it was a good venture into the market. I will probably upgrade to a more robust and bigger capacity model. The mopping is not very useful or efficient, pretty much unessesary addition to this robot.
