> 3 dayThese are the longest fire pit tongs I could find and I still wish they were longer. They work okay but I have to wear oven mits or gloves and turn my head in order to rearrange or place new logs on the fire.

> 3 dayHandle too thin to move logs comfortably, other than that I like the product.

> 3 dayI bought this for my back yard fire pit since hot logs would often fall over and were hard to reset with a couple of sticks. I can easily grab a stick or log, position it as I want and leave it as needed. The pick up part of it did bend a bit once but was very easy to adjust as I wanted with a pair of pliers. I bought a second set and gave one away as a gift

> 3 dayUse this with my SoloStove. The ones they sell were too flimsy for 3 times the price….

> 3 dayI like the simplicity but hard to handle as it is rather small and narrow.

> 3 dayAwesome engineering makes this log lifter one of the best things Ive ever bought. I only wish Id bought one 40 years ago. I have 50 - 70 Winter fires a year. The genius is the 5 pivot point engineering, which allows one to articulately pick up a small twig or a fairly large log, while effortlessly holding it tightly, even with one hand. Every fire-builder needs this modestly priced tool that will make every future fire so much easier to manage. It is really a rare occurrence when one can buy the best item that is also the least expensive. Thank you Rocky Mountain Goods for making my life a bit easier.

> 3 dayWe have a heavy pair of fire pit tools that we use - well - for our fire pit. We purchased these for use with our fireplace indoors and they work great. Not as heavy as the ones we use outdoors, but work just as well. The wrought iron is a great look that works well with a lot of interior design. I backed of one star for durability because Ive only had these for less than a month. My sense is that by the end of the fireplace season, Ill bump this score to a five star. The product was right and the price was right. Rocky Mountain Goods is certainly worth a look.
