They have good support, the straps can be adjusted for size, and well, they work. Last time I rollerbladed there were no brakes and the brake on the right blade is minimally useful, IMO, unless you are 1) going slow and 2) on very level ground. It is better to learn to brake by placing one foot in back, or placing your blades heels together, like on ice skates. I wear size 7 (7.5 for pointy shoes) and had to buy a size 8 in this brand. Last time I had blades I bought a size 7.

I owned a pair of k2 inline skates prior to buying these skates, my only advice would be to order a size smaller than you normally wear. I am a female shoe size 8, I ordered the same size in the skate and I have heel movement in the boot. Unfortunately I ordered these skates and did not have time to really get out on the road and test them out until it was too late for a return.

Keep in mind that this review comes from an individual who hasn’t been rollerblading since I was a child! Over all i am super happy with this pair of rollerblades! I tried them on for the first time and got tired out like 10minutes into rollerblading (and I had run before doing this). I am active and thought I was getting in shape but these definitely challenge other parts of your body! Only thing I thought could be added to this great pair of blades is inside cushion around the lower part of the ankle and maybe toes? It was kind of hard in the boot and a tiny bit uncomfortable. But I’m assuming I’d get used to the feel of roller blades again. Great beginner blades! Hope this review was helpful!

For the money these are definitely a great buy. Im new to rollerblades so I dont know how well they will hold up, but I can say they are very comfortable and the ride is nice and smooth.

I usually wear a size 8.5 or 8 wide.y calves are big, too. I ordered a size 8 of these, as there were no size 9s available at the same price and Prime. The size 8 was a little to small in my toe, my toe just touched the edge. The rest fit well, just the calf was almost too snug. I didnt want to chance it with my toe issue, so I am returning them. They seem very comfortable, I like the teal, and I love the wheels.

Bought these to get back into skating after about 15-20 years of rust and they are working out great so far! I don’t think the brake will last long if I use it too much, but that’s the case with any built in brake, and I’m trying to learn to stop without relying solely on it. These are comfortable and haven’t given me any soreness/blisters in my feet or ankles. Some reviews have said they don’t like the “give” of the cushion but I am not trying to race, so I don’t mind it at all.

I have had these skates since October and I still love them.i roteated the tires once so far and they are still okay. Since I rollerblade on the street and sidewalks in the heat of Florida I feel u had probably worn the wheels down but with that said Im not due for a replacement pair yet. It had been years since I skated and I always knew the value of a good pair of skates so I spent a little more but for the cost the value is there I love these skates they are comfortable for me and the colors are awesome.
