Im not big on reviews..but I had to for these wheels..I was on my second pair of skates and was still not pleased..got me some Chicago skates because Im not experienced enough to invest a huge amount in some skates but someone said it might be the wheels. I agonized on which ones to order since Im working from no skating experience but read the reviews and got these skates and the Rollerbones bearing...man listen. Im gliding like butter on my skates..so glad I order these.. the new wheels and bearing was more than the skates and totally worth it.

I am part of a roller derby league that skates at a tennis court. The surface we skate on is like sand paper and really runs down other wheels Ive used that are lower durometers. These are really great wheels for the treacherous surface we skate one and they seem to be sturdy and well made, I can even to hockey stops in these wheels. Surprisingly, for how hard the wheels are, I dont feel all the bumps on the surface. Some of my friends have mentioned that these work well for skate parks. Just FYI, I had to put the bearings in with a bearing press.

I like these wheels. I got a set in the green and they glow bright at the rink (under blacklights). They are fast and I can feel every bump and crack. I havent had any issues with excessive sliding. I also havent ridden them anywhere other than the rink. The bearings were easy to install with a c-lamp without any heating. These are good wheels.

My one mistake of buying this was telling my wife and daughter how good they are. I had to buy a set of purple and a set of blue ones. Delivered very fast, plan on getting more when i wear these ones on in a few years.

I guess I should have known, but these wheels are unusable on asphalt. No problem with the grip, on the contrary: the wheels are so hard they actually slow you down. And they kill your knees in the bargain. Must be great on a soft and/or very even surface, though.

Park, rink so far the best ones yet. Don’t try to use on sidewalk as the lines will catch the wheels. Was not bad on smooth asphalt but not much grip or cushion.

Dope wheels my only complaint is you will have to clean them often because the wheel picks up all dirt! Other than that can’t complain
