> 24 hourSo far ive had no problems, I was hesitant to buy because of all the bad reviews, but I really just think that they didnt know how to calibrate the printer to the label size. you have to recalibrate every time you insert a new stack or roll of paper.

> 24 hourSomething is different with these labels. My rollo printer doesn’t like them and keeps spitting out blank labels and flashes red. I open it up and reinsert the paper and it only prints a couple labels and more blanks. I repeat this process and it prints duplicates of labels I don’t need. This wastes labels and my time! I don’t have time to play with this printer paper. The back of the paper doesn’t say rollo like last time either. The color is not as white as the labels that came with the machine. I’m just frustrated to say the least!

> 24 hourHad trouble setting this up and called the 800 number. It went to a voicemail system and I didnt leave a message, but I got a call back anyway in 10 minutes and the lady stayed on the phone with me until the set up was done. It was user error, but she was very patient with me and even showed me some tricks to help things run smoother that werent related to my original problem. I dont write many review, but Rollo has earned my business!
