> 3 dayMy son was attending a military type school and this bag held everything he needed for the 2 week boot camp. I thought it was a little heavy but he claims it was fine. He could stuff it full and then carry it on his back when needed. It fit all the dirty laundry he brought home afterward.

05-06-2025This bag may be sturdy, but it’s nothing like the bag in the photo. One strap, absolutely massive totally unusable as a backpack or travel bag. But hey, it could maybe fit all your early possessions inside it in case you decide to move.

03-06-2025We used these on our One World One Canvas .com (non-profit) trip to Haiti. They are sturdy (which was necessary for us). They traveled well. We painted our org. name on them with housepaint which helped identify them at the baggage claim. The paint worked well on the canvas. If we need more, we will purchase these again.

My Honest Opinion
> 3 dayI needed to buy 2 duffle bags for an upcoming trip. My first choice was an Army surplus bag, I could only find one new one. The second bag I bought, was a Rothco one They arrived the same day. Surprise, surprise, the Rothco bag is much better than the Army surplus. It is heavier material & all around tougher. I am very pleased with it. Had I known before, I would have gotten 2 of the Rothco bags.

Hook-and-Eyelet Closure Instructions
- Take the side with the hook strap, and place the eyelet over the exposed metal bracket.
- Then take one of the side eyelets, and lay it over the bracket.
- Repeat Step 2. with the remaining side eyelet.
- Lastly, lock everything into place with the metal hook clip.
