Greater than one weekThis bag is very sturdy and should last forever. The strut gong and metal hardware appear identical to my 30 year old military duffel (still going strong). A cheap way to get gear from one place to another without worrying about your bag falling apart. It’s ugly but well built.

03-06-2025this is exactly what I was looking for. I used to own a musty smelling one from a army/navy store when I was a kid, but its long gone. Using it as a second checked bag to haul camping gear on a plane. There was an earlier review stating that this bag is only 11 wide. Theres obviously some confusion here. laid flat, this item is 20 wide. This is a BIG, top loading duffle bag.

> 3 dayMan, does this bag carry a lot of stuff! I bought this for travelling to various conventions and gatherings so I could minimize my footprint in the vehicle for luggage tetris and also to make it easier moving between parking the car and getting to the hotel. On an average loadout I can carry a twin size inflatable bed with sheets and pillows, my clothes bag, toiletries bag, a bag for all my chargers and plugs, a few pairs of shoes, and there is still a lot of space left for activities! The shoulder straps help to keep the bag higher on your back so you dont have to struggle as much to carry the weight. Yes you over load it and you will feel it, but its much better than having to carry 5-6 different bags at once between both arms. The material is very durable and after multiple uses it still looks like the day it came out of the box. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayFirst off, let me say these things are very rugged and durable. We were going camping, and I crammed 7 pillows, and 5 full sized fluffy blankets in it. My wife tried first, and only got about half of it in, but I am a little stronger and a lot heavier, and I literally trash compacted everything in there. Most bags probably would have burst at the seems, but this thing held up like a champ. It actually can fit quite a lot. If you are looking for something where you want to leave most of your stuff in it while you are searching inside it, this is not for you. Everything gets buried by the whatever you put in next. But if you just need to haul stuff, and want a very durable bag, this is it.

> 3 dayIve used this consistently for about a year now. Its been through many airports and shows no sign of slowing down. I literally dont know how it will ever wear down. Im guessing I will be using this forever. Its huge.

> 3 dayI took this bag on a 2 week missions trip in the desert. The build of this bag is quality, the canvas is strong and durable. It is easy and comfortable to carry, although I never needed to carry it for more than 20 minutes at a time. Definitely a worth while investment if you want a simple duffel that you can toss around. No shiny labels and fabrics, straight up legit and simple.

> 3 dayThese are great, especially for the price. Heavy duty fabric, roomy, and holds a lot of weight. I loaded it up with so much camping gear that it was almost too much to carry, but the thing shows no sign of wear.

04-06-2025Love this bag. Very sturdy, didnt even feel the weight when it was packed all the way. Can also hold a lot. I havent found a way to fold clothes so they dont get wrinkly though. Also top was kind of odd to learn how to latch. Not enough for me to knock down a star though.

> 3 dayGreat bag. Heavy Duty. The straps could be a little more durable. I have stitching ripping, but I am putting my SCA armor in this and its a heavy load. Arrived on time and packaged well. If the straps ever rip, Id buy another.
