Rover amiibo - Nintendo Wii U

Arrived in pristine condition.

Despite trying to resist when they first came out, I succumbed to the Amiibo bug and bought several across various Nintendo series. I love Animal Crossing, and when the AC Amiibo started coming out, they were hard to resist. I think both Nintendos manufacturing for the characters has gotten better than the first gen Smash Bros. and the simple Animal Crossing characters seem to lend themselves to the toys. I got both Blathers and Tom Nook, and told myself I was done with AC Amiibo, but between Animal Crossing New Leafs Amiibo update, and the price drop for Timmy and Tommy (in their cute Japanese apron outfits - I wish Tom Nook came in that outfit, rather than his realtor sweater) it was hard to say no. Certainly, compared to some of the Smash Amiibo which work across many games, the AC Amiibo are a little more limited (to basically Animal Crossing New Leaf, Happy Home Designer, and Amiibo Festival), but part of the joy is getting to own physical versions of your favorite characters. And in that, Im super happy I got this Amiibo.

The amiibo itself came in great condition, but the box had a big crease in it. Overall that its fine. It came packaged really nice with my other items.

Looks exactly as expected and works perfectly fine.

Rover did not come in a box and he was not wrapped in bubble wrap. Thankfully he was not damaged. He is authentic and he works in animal crossing new horizons. I would have gave five stars but I was pretty unhappy that he did not come in a box even Though he is advertised that he dose.

Who would forget the first face you see in Animal Crossing? Rover looks as ready to murder me on the train as he did the first day we met back in 2001. I could never forget those eyes.... but now theyre on my desk staring through my very soul everyday! Thanks Nintendo!

Exactly what I wanted & Expected.

Exactly what you would expect from an amiibo. The ears are SUPER pointy, like a ridiculous amount. You could legitimately get hurt from how pointy these ears are. Keep away from small children.
