> 3 dayRover did not come in a box and he was not wrapped in bubble wrap. Thankfully he was not damaged. He is authentic and he works in animal crossing new horizons. I would have gave five stars but I was pretty unhappy that he did not come in a box even Though he is advertised that he dose.

> 3 dayA little smaller than I thought, but still a very nice figurine. Delivery was on time, box bent slightly, but that feels like it was unavoidable.

> 3 dayWe have over 60 amiibo and we just couldnt pass up the deals Amazon has had lately on them, with many of them being four to six dollars. We used the super slow saver shipping to get a one dollar credit for digital stuff and its even better. Im looking forward to see what Nintendo does with them on the NX and in the future.

> 3 dayExactly what you would expect from an amiibo. The ears are SUPER pointy, like a ridiculous amount. You could legitimately get hurt from how pointy these ears are. Keep away from small children.

> 3 dayIve probably played way more Animal Crossing: New Leaf than is healthy for a human, but part of the reason is theyve been making neat little changes to the game. One of those is the introduction of these little Amiibo. This is the Rover Amiibo. Like the other Amiibo, its adorable, and heres how it works: 1) At some point after the Animal Crossing Welcome Amiibo update to your game, youll hear a voice calling out to you. Follow that voice and eventually youll find an Aladdin-styled Genie lamp on the ground. Pick it up and take it home. 2) Put the lamp out somewhere in your home and click on it. A spirit will pop out who says he can possess various characters in the game, if you have their Amiibo. Youll be prompted to set the Amiibo on the touchscreen (and youll want to have Wireless/NFC turned on). 3) The spirit will appear looking like the Amiibo character. If you choose Lets hang out!, hell then possess them and make them leave their job and go hang out in the campground. When this happens, you can go visit them in their RV and buy things from them. Be aware this also means theyll be away from their posts! Because this spirit has possessed them and convinced them to go take the day off. For Rover, that doesnt mean much since Ive only ever seen him twice--once when my game started and once when the Welcome Amiibo update was applied. Things return to normal the next day. This makes a cute and fun add-on to the Animal Crossing game. Its just a shame that Nintendo limits every Amiibo to specific individual titles--it would be more fun if you could use them across multiple games.
