Love this case. So easy to slide in and out of a pocket with the glossy finish. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was that the icons on the buttons glow in the dark! Makes it easy to see what button youre pushing when you walk into a pitch black garage or parking deck/lot at night. Fantastic little case and strap. 5 Gold Stars

Very nice

I got a new CX-5 and wanted to keep the fob from getting screwed up. So I got the carbon fiber looking cover with the red insert. There is no cushioning inside the fob, but the fit is tight and the fob doesn’t slide around inside. I really like the way the plastic even covered the metal opening on the bottom to prevent scratches. The buttons all function normally while in the case, and may even prevent some accidental unlocking/openings that I’ve heard about. I don’t know how long the leather-ish tail and ring will last, but it’s not like I plan on hanging from this thing. Oh, and the hole for the Mazda logo lined up perfectly.

There are no instructions but its easy to install - snap it apart, line up the buttons with the silicone section then snap the cover front and back in place. It is made of plastic but looks decent and doesnt add much to the already huge key fob. It doesnt attract lint and dust like some of the silicone covers and will help prevent scratches to the key fob. The side buttons and the logo line up perfectly. With the design of these fobs, the side buttons are prone to accidental presses, unlocking the doors or opening the back hatch allowing anyone access. This cover does help prevent accidental button presses since you have to press the button slightly harder to activate. The cover does not appear to interfere with the fob signal. The key chain section is poor quality. The ring is plastic and the strap connects with a button that easily pulls apart so I would not trust it to hold keys securely. It is overpriced considering it is all plastic but it looks decent and fits the newer Mazda key fobs perfectly.
