RV Water Heater Anode Rod

Bought it for the magnesium, for use as a fire staring aid. Scraping shavings off, works great. Cheap source for this camping and bushcraft staple.

Put this in my 14gal camper heater, no problems, easy ! I highly recommend this product!

I have a travel trailer that I needed a new anode rod for. It helps preserve the water heater somehow by attracting contaminants like excess lime - this part of the country has lots of it and the old rod was looking pretty bad. Anyway I measured the old one for length and ordered accordingly. Perfect fit.

Amazt provided a kind of hard to get commodity for me as I was going to travel a long distance to obtain this article.

Easy to replace and differently works. The hot water was decreasing every time we used it. Finally changed the rod and it works great again. This Is for a 2017 5th wheel r.v. keeps water hot for a long shower. Most people complain of running out of hot water or water being only luke warm. But after changed to the new rod it was great. I would recommend this to everyone.

I have not used it as yet, I bought it as a spare so when the old one does need to be changed I will have it. Other then that is does look good and very useable.
