RV Water Heater Anode Rod

Great replacement for the anode in my forest river camper.

Amazt provided a kind of hard to get commodity for me as I was going to travel a long distance to obtain this article.

This fit my RV water heater perfectly as expected. They are a little hard to get the threads started with the weight of anode rod tipping the assembly downward. However, this is normal for these devices. Phot is accurate.

Arrived as expected. Will install when current one in service needs to be replaced.

I have a travel trailer that I needed a new anode rod for. It helps preserve the water heater somehow by attracting contaminants like excess lime - this part of the country has lots of it and the old rod was looking pretty bad. Anyway I measured the old one for length and ordered accordingly. Perfect fit.

I never would have known the importance of this anode rod had the hot water heater not showed signs of needing some maintenance. Im in my 60s and learning something new every day, it seems! Youtube helped with the DIY videos.
