Very sturdy with adjustable width so your smaller or thicker laptops can still work. I have a lenovo and MacBook in mine and they have no issues with over heating or stability. The stand has weight to it also so a single laptop wont tip it over. Well worth your money if you want a vertical stand to save space.

The only negative is my Lenovo Legion gaming laptop shape fits, but not really well. (This is due to the shape of the laptop.) However, my MacBook, iPad, and other devices (with a more consistent shape) all fit really well. The stand is heavy enough that it stays in place, and the rubber on the surface helps prevent getting any scuffs or scratches on your devices. Also, the width of both sides of the stand are independently adjustable, so despite my Legion not fitting very well due to the shape (and thicker hinge than the very back that makes it awkward for this), it can still fit. I wont be using this for that specific laptop though, but this stand will be very useful to store the MacBook and iPad Pro within easy reach, while taking up minimal space.

I ordered this for charging my kids school Chromebooks because they always had them stacked in places where they were either likely to fall or likely to have something dropped onto. This helped keep the chromebooks out of the way and saved space at the same time. The unit itself is heavy and base is covered in a grippy rubber coating that keeps your furniture from getting scratched and also keeps the base from sliding around, with or without laptops inserted the base stays in place. Its made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and has smooth finish that looks good anywhere you keep it. The distance between the plates is set with an included allen wrench that youll need to keep on hand if you ever need to make adjustments, unless you have another wrench or set on hand. There arent any markings on the top or bottoms to adjust the gap, so youll just need to eyeball it or in my case, I just used a stack of credit cards slightly wider than the width of the hinge side of the chromebooks. If there were anything that I wouldve like to have seen would probably be more ventilation (such as holes or cut outs) in the vertical pieces since these solid pieces of metal limit airlfow.

I have 2 very large laptops (one of them could sprain your wrist if you dont lift it properly) and they were taking up way too much space being stored in an ugly magazine rack for the past few years. Not to mention, I dont think its good to store the machines on their ends like that (see the last picture for an example of the old storage solution). This lil guy is a sturdy metal, with solid screws, and an allen wrench (included) for adjusting the slot width. Thats a good thing, because one of the machines is about twice as thick as the other, but since the slots are now custom fit they are securely seated in the holder, but still pull out easily. The bottom has a non-slip, non-scratch foam surface that adds another layer of security and distances the screws from the tabletop - the designers thought this through! Im looking forward to getting a second one for my other machines - now that I see I have loads of space left on this tiny table!

Really well waited and adjustable for a snug fit. Im working on changing out one work comp for another and the space is super tight--this came in handy just in time! If anyone bumps my desk, I know my new laptop is pretty secure until it settles in to its final resting place once IT calls me back! Yea! to included allen wrench!

I’ve got a 16 inch m1max pro for personal and a 13 inch mbp for work. This stand allows for me to keep my desk clear and spacious while allowing me to use device in clamshell mode. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stand for their laptop!

This is a great case of it does what it says on the tin. This is a heavy (aka very stable) stand that holds my MacBook Air and iPad Pro with no trouble. The padding inside the stand is enough to prevent scratches, but not so much to make it wobbly. There is some adjustability in the spacing, although at the smallest size my two devices fit with no trouble and some space. If you are looking for a stand to run your MacBook in clamshell mode or just to keep a laptop or tablet up off your desk (and out from under piles of papers...) this is a good choice.

This laptop stand was exactly what I was looking for in terms o simple but high quality design. The stand has a clean look, is quite heavy so that it does not slide around or tip over, and has plenty of silicone to protect your furniture and devices such as a tablet of laptop (see photos). The finish is smooth (no rough edges) and the width of each slot can be easily adjusted (independently) using the included allen key. The result is a very clean, organized and space-saving design. I am currently using this to hold a Dell XPS 13 laptop and a 10” Fire Tablet with the Kid-Proof case. The slots were very easy to adjust such the tablet and laptop are held securely but are easy to insert and remove from the stand. I am very happy with this stand and would recommend this stand.
