Fits perfectly into the ps5 port. Shaped to fit and utilise the heatsink. No problems configuring or using it. Plays the stored ps5 games no bother.

Slightly faster on paper, but more importantly, the drive can be rewritten far more often before degradation than the 980 pro. It’s running well, benchmarks are to expectation. Get at least a 1TB model to maximize write speeds ( I have the 2TB)

PS5 doesn’t recognize it. And yes, it’s installed correctly.

I payed Ratchet & Clank for 6 hours straight without issues. This heatsink keeps my 1TB WD SN850 SSD cold for long gaming sessions. I don’t know how cold it will keep other SSDs for long gaming sessions. But my 1TB WD SN850 is always cold.

Runs hot and fast, used a fan heatsink! Western Digital 1TB sn850 purchased also and about same speed for all to know.

Also got a 1TB NON Plus Sabrent Rocket as well. The 1TB replaced an old Sata SSD, and this 2TB replaced an old Samsung 960 Evo. Both Sabrent M.2s were paired up with Sabrents own Rocket Heatsink. After 5 or 6 days after install, this 2TB Sabrent M.2 would appear in Windows Explorer but not in CrystalDiskMark. A day later I noticed some folders were inaccessible. The following day (Christmas day! :)) the drive itself was no longer detected. I got the drive at a nice price, but because it was not Sold/Shipped by Amazon directly, I can only refund the drive not exchange it, so sale price gone I guess! Speeds were fast for the brief time the drive was alive. Hopefully the 1TB OS drive doesnt go too...
