Love the idea of replacing the PS5s ssd cover with this heatsink. Unlike heatsinks you attach directly to the drive, this heatsink has some weight to it. Surprisedly heavy. Grooves are placed atop to maximize the directional airflow from the PS5s fan. A thermal pad is already attached to the bottom side and runs the full length of the cover. After inserting thought drive into the PS5, peel the plastic on the thermal pad and secure the cover in place of the original cover using the same screw the PS5 came with. Slap your side panel back on and boot up. Very easy to install

個人的に冷却性能が高い製品は他にもあるとは思いますが、タイトルの通りヒートシンク兼カバーの役割になっていますので、本来の密閉型になるのが良いと思います。

Looks like a solid piece of gear but when I opened it in a SEALED PACKAGE! There was damage to the sides like someone dropped it once or twice, wouldn’t affect the heatsink but just weird that it was damaged

I honestly dont know how well the heat dissipation is. But the fitment is oem like.
